Don’t waste your precious time on people who are jealous, disrespectful, or incapable of recognising your worth, your talents, your favour, and the wisdom God has placed in your life.
They’re not between you and your destiny. If you allow yourself to be drawn into unnecessary conflicts, you may lose focus on becoming who God created you to be. If you truly want to fulfil your purpose, you must learn to ignore some things.
Ignore the negative comments. Ignore the disrespect. Ignore petty arguments. Ignore jealous people. They don’t control your destiny. They’re simply distractions designed to take your eyes off what God has called you to accomplish.
Instead of being upset about who’s not for you, or frustrated by those trying to make you look bad, choose peace over reaction. Jealous people can’t stop your destiny. Small-minded people can’t cancel your purpose.
Whenever God places a dream in your heart, there’ll always be people who criticise, envy, disrespect, or try to provoke you. Don’t take the bait. That’s not every battle you need to fight.
Your assignment is too important to be distracted by people who’re determined to pull you off course.
Every morning before you step out, make sure you put on your shoes of peace. Too many people start their day barefoot, offended, discouraged, angry, and upset. But when you decide from the beginning of the day that nothing will steal your peace, you’re putting on your spiritual shoes of peace.
You’re saying, “God, I trust You. I know You’re directing my steps. Even when things don’t go perfectly, I believe You’ll work everything together for my good.”
When you’re at peace, you’re in a position of strength and power. But when you’re constantly angry, offended, or discouraged, you’re giving away the strength you need to fulfil your purpose.
Stay at peace. Stay focused. Keep moving forward.
You’re too loaded to fail.
You’re too connected to be disconnected.
You’re too destined to be distracted.
And what God has ordained for you, no jealous or small-minded person can stop.
May Allah continue to guide our steps, protect our peace, and lead us towards our destiny.
